Nathaniel has been practicing law for over 10 years across many specializations and jurisdictions. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia University and his Juris Doctor from Major Northeastern University School of Law. Nathaniel has been admitted to the Law Society of Ontario and the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bars. He is also CAMS certified through the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.

Rebecca is an experienced marketing and operations professional with over 7 years of experience across several industries. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Queen's University.
